About the place

We are Ivo(35) and Gergana(32) and we are looking for a temporary flatmate. Currently we are are looking for a temporary rental of 2 months from 1st January. However this may change and it is with a possibility of extension but not guaranteed. The reason is that we are also in the process of finding another home so we do not know when we will hear more information about that.

We are ideally looking for someone who:
-is a quiet person;
-easygoing;
-non-smoker;

We are also pretty easygoing. Registration is possible. The apartment is pretty centrally located, so quite close to the center. Starting date is 1 January. 

The room on the photo has a bigger bed but, that will change and a single bed will placed instead.

The rent is 850 euro incl. The rent is being paid between on 25th each month. If you decide to move in there is less than half(400) euro refundable deposit required. That's for us to make sure the room is secured and reserved for you + for possible damages. The deposit is being returned upon moving out.
