About the place

I am looking for someone to take over my student contract at The Social Hub Amsterdam West.  You have a private room with bathroom/toilet and a kitchen shared between 9 other roommates. The following is included:
- Wifi/TV
- Monthly cleaning and linen/towel changes
- Kitchen cleanings
- A free bike through Swapfiets
- Free laundry (7 times per month) including soap and drying
- Study areas and fitness room with weights
- Social events and discounts on drinks

The kitchen includes your own shelf in the fridge, freezer and cupboard.  The kitchen is equipped with 2 of everything; microwave, oven, stove, blender, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
It will be from Nov. 1 to Aug 14th 2026.  The rent is 1106€ on average (the monthly fee varies) but totals 10501€ for the entire period of the stay.
