About the place

Hey girls!

This August and September (until early October), I’ll be travelling, so my lovely fully furnished room will be available for a temporary stay of 6 weeks. The period runs from August 21 or 23 until October 3. A great opportunity if you're looking for a temporary place in Amsterdam, in a beautiful and spacious apartment with all the comforts and a nice garden!

You’ll be living in a modern 85 m² new build apartment in Amsterdam, right next to tram and metro stops and close to the highway, super convenient. You’ll also get your own private parking spot in the garage, perfect if you have a car.

The apartment has a cozy garden, great for your morning coffee or a glass of wine. The atmosphere at home is relaxed, tidy and friendly.

About the apartment:

You’ll be sharing the flat with my lovely roommate Anja (24 years old) a sweet, social and calm girl. You’ll meet her during the introduction to see if there’s a good vibe between you.

You’ll have your own private room (18 m²), fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk
Bright living room and open kitchen (with dishwasher and all essentials)
Private garden
Access to a shared study/workspace in the building
Professional cleaner twice a month, so everything stays fresh
A cute aquarium with fish, which just needs a little love now and then 🐠💛
The building regularly hosts free workshops and activities, like kickboxing classes, yoga sessions or cooking workshops, super fun to join!

A temporary rental contract will be signed for the agreed period.

Who are we looking for?

A friendly, tidy girl (age 22–33) who works  (or studies and works). Someone who's independent, but also enjoys the occasional chat with Anja. We’re looking for someone responsible, reliable, and excited about a temporary stay in a lovely, quiet spot in Amsterdam.

💶 Rent for 6 weeks: €1900 all-in, including:

✔ 2 times a month a professional cleaner

🔒 Deposit: €800
📝 a contract for the agrees rental period.
