Clean and Bright Apartment near Erasmus Park!

My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new person to share the apartment with.

I’m a friendly and respectful Japanese guy who travels often for work. 
I’m hoping to find a nice, easy-going flatmate to share this peaceful and clean living space.

The apartment is clean and bright, close to public transport, supermarkets, cafés, bars, and restaurants.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me – a working professional who values a calm and tidy home.
The ideal flatmate is respectful, easy-going, and preferably working or studying.

House rules:
• No smoking inside
• No pets
• Clean up after yourself

Rent:
€1450/month (including registration)
€1400/month (if you don’t need registration)

Please note:
The desk and bed linen shown in the photos are not included.
The room comes with a bed and a closet only.
I’m hoping to sell the bed for €150 (negotiable).
