About the place

Hello,
I am looking for a new room mate (a girl) in Amsterdam. It’s 10 minutes from Vondelpark in West next to the highway and metro/tram station. It is a new building (Built in April 2021) with our own private garden. This is like a small community that is included with different kind of activities like kickboxing. Next to the building there is a study area & a rooftop garden. I am looking for someone similar to my age (25) maybe a student or someone who is working. Staying for a minimum of 3 months. Someone who is clean (inside the house is non smoking) and sometimes would like to drink a wine or tea with me or hang out a little bit but also like to have their own space.
It is a big house with 85m2 and a spacious garden. The room that is for rental is 17m2. The bed and closet can be bought over, it is from my previous roommate.
Rent €1250 is included:
Registration

Water/electric/internet
2 times a month a cleaning lady
A beautiful aquarium with some fishes.
There is a deposit 1250 when moving in.
