Hi everyone! A lovely room will be available in 100m² furnished apartment in Nieuw-West as of April 5th. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop, a short stroll to both Albert Heijn and Lidl, and super bike-friendly if you’re heading into the city center!

The room is 9m² and comes furnished. You’d be sharing the apartment with one other flatmate, and you’d share the kitchen, bathroom, living room, balcony, and laundry room. It's a comfy and spacious setup!

🛏️ Rent is approx. €1300/month including utilities.
💰 Deposit is €2600.
📍 Registration is possible & the lease is long-term.

To be eligible, you must be a woman and able to show either:

- Your last 3 payslips or a permanent contract, or

- A guarantor who can cover the rent.

(Sorry—this is a requirement from the landlord.)
