About the place

Hi all! My friend Marco and I are looking for a third person to rent the last room in our apartment in Amsterdam Nieuw West. 

I am a 24 year old Spanish guy who works as a receptionist in a hotel and studies a master at the same time. Meanwhile, Marco is Spanish/Italian and works full-time as a trader. For that reason we would ideally look for a clean and tidy person with a stable schedule.

The room will come unfurnished. The price of 1100€ includes water, electricity and gas.
