About the place

Hello,
My name is Annie and I am looking for a roommate for me and my animals ( two cats and one small dog). We are looking for a  working professional in their 30's, that LOVES animals, is easy going, emotionally intelligent, kind, and clean. Please do not apply unless you have experience living with cats/dogs. 

We are originally from Portland, Oregon and work in the holistic health field. As a practitioner I treat from the house two days a week. 

Please DO NOT apply unless the following applies: 
Make or Breaks: 
- The space is small/intimate so clear, honest, and respectful communication is a must. ie. having guests over. 
- Non- smokers only
- Must be clean/tidy. This is subjective so it'll be important to be on the same page/split chores/come up with a cleaning schedule or agree on a cleaning fee per month. 
- Emphasize on clean, paraben free, household products. 


The room is available starting the beginning of February, and we are offering a 3 month trial period before committing to a longer residency. Registration is available. 

The exact size is a ballpark.
