Hello future tenant,

A room is available in Amsterdam East, very close to Muiderpoort station! The room is bright with big windows and is already furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe. You will share the apartment with one other flatmate with whom you will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. 
The monthly rent is €725 + €65 electricity & gas + €10 water. Registration with Amsterdam City Council is necessary. The room is available from 1 December or 1 January 2025 until July 2026.
