About the place

Hello, as per February 1st one room will be available in our lovely shared home! 

We are 2 internationals in our late 20s early 30’s and Zulu (13 yo) staffie. We both work full time, most of the time in the office; at home we like a quiet & peaceful environment, with occasional dinners, bbq & other gatherings, but also respecting each other’s privacy. 

We are looking for a like minded individual, someone that has previously lived in a shared house, that is neat, respectful, friendly and likes dogs. 
The house is located in a quiet area in IJburg, tram 26 can take in 20 min to Centraal, there is a shopping center 900m from home, gyms, restaurants and bars, and 10 min biking to the Ijburg beach. 

The house is layered on three floors, with 3 bedrooms, a big living room connected to the terrace (bbq, lots of plants and a seating place) , the kitchen it’s also huge and fully equipped, oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. a toilet with sink and a bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin.
The room is not really big, however it fits a double bed, wardrobe and desk/chair; the room will be partially furnished, the bed and probably a desk with a chair, the rest will be up to you based on your needs/style. We share the cost of our house supplies (detergent, toilet paper& other things that we might need, a pan, mop, etc.), a weekly cleaner and a monthly window cleaner, the amount per person monthly is somewhere between 70 and 100 euro.
