About the place

Hi! In my fantastic apartment (95 m² in total) in the Rivierenbuurt, a room will soon become available.
The room is about 13 m² (it fits a double bed and a small sofa/seating area or desk) and has one large built-in wardrobe. You also have two French doors that open onto the balcony.
The apartment has two floors. You’ll be sharing the spacious (recently renovated) kitchen, the balcony, the toilet, the large living room (approx. 25 m²) and the bathroom with me. Your room is on the 2nd floor, together with the kitchen, balcony, toilet and living room. My room is on the 3rd floor, where the bathroom is as well.
The apartment has recently been fitted with new window frames and double glazing. Appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine are available.
You’ll also be sharing the apartment with my cat, Truusje 🐈‍⬛. She’s very sweet and loves cuddles and playtime.
The apartment is super central, close to the Rijnstraat where you’ll find two supermarkets. It’s a 10-minute bike ride to Amstel Station and about 10 minutes to the RAI.
I’m looking for a calm, friendly housemate who’s in a similar stage of life as I am. I graduated a few years ago and work as a photographer, so I’m looking for someone aged 29+ who’s okay with a cat 🙂.
My landlord requires proof of income, so having a job is a must 😉. Unfortunately, that means students can’t live here.
The rent is €1.006,11 per month, including internet, gas, water and electricity. The deposit is two months’ rent (this can be paid in instalments if needed). You can officially register at this address 🙂.
