About the place

Hi possible future flatmate,

We are looking for a new roommate. Our apartment is located on the eastern bit of the city center, right against where the eastern part of Amsterdam starts. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, but right in the middle of things. So you can get to anywhere in the city in basically no time. The apartment overlooks Artis Zoo from one side and a canal from the other.

The apartment comes fully equipped. We have a washing machine, dryer, and two refrigerators. The kitchen offers everything you could reasonably expect from a kitchen. If you enjoy cooking, you might be interested in a magnetic metal strip for hanging all your knives. There are also things like a blender and a sandwich maker.

The bathroom offers all the basic amenities you'd expect.

The room is fully furnished in the sense that there is already a bed and a table that the current tenant is looking to sell.

We're looking for a new roommate starting in August. The deposit is twice the rent.
