Looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished room in Amsterdam West, De Baarsjes, from the end of January for approximately 3 months.

Details:
• Rent: €1125 per month (including utilities).
• Location: At the corner of Postjeskade and Hoofdweg, with easy access to bus and tram connections. Just a 10-minute bike ride to the city center.
• The Room: Cozy, with a large double bed, TV, desk and second screen, storage space, and direct access to a balcony.
• Shared Spaces: Open living room and kitchen, toilet, bathroom, balcony - all fully furnished and well equipped.
• Housemate: A 30-year-old professional who works at a bank, but is chill and enjoys cooking and sharing a drink.
• Conditions:for one person max. (preferably working).
