I live here already 4 years. You will become my new co-tenant. You will take over the legal position of my current co-tenant, who is emigrating as of 31 July 2025. I am Zaza and the main tenant. You will stay for at least 24 months starting 01 August 2025. Our lease is open-ended. The Apartment • 3 rooms • 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub + toilet • A second toilet + second shower • A third bathroom inside one of the two bedrooms, with a third shower and third toilet We have a large 14 m² eat-in kitchen, equipped with many gas and electric appliances, including: • 2 dishwashers • 1 clothes dryer • 1 washing machine • 1 freezer • 3 fridge-freezer units There is also a small 16 m² courtyard facing north. The front of the house faces south — sunny, quiet, and car-free. There’s a picnic table, a foldable table tennis table, four benches, and eight bicycle racks. Who I Am Looking For These are not extreme criteria. Being able to communicate in Dutch is a bonus. I speak Dutch and moderate English. I’m looking for a new co-tenant who: • Has a full-time job with a net income of at least €2.600,00 • Is between 26 and 39 years old • Is used to weekly cleaning of the room, kitchen, and sanitary areas • Never smokes — not inside, not in front of the building, not near open windows. No vapes either. • Does not consume alcohol excessively • Has no history of intimidation or antisocial behavior Location Holendrechtstraat – Rivierenbuurt neighborhood, near the Amstel River. Your Room I offer you the 10,3 m² bedroom, which includes: • A shower cabin • A pantry-style cabinet with a sink (your own wash basin or for dishwashing when the kitchen sink is in use) Rent and Costs Our total monthly housing cost is €3.134,00. I offer you to pay €880,00 for the 10,3 m² bedroom and shared use of: • The 14 m² kitchen-dining-room • The bathroom with bathtub • The 2 shared toilets Your €880,00 includes: • €140,00 energy advance • €80,00 local taxes • €40,00 internet • €20,00 water service I pay the remaining €2.254,00. I paint now the walls and 31 juli the room will be perfect clean When you have no table, chair, TV, curtains it can be deliver. • You will become an official co-tenant with equal rights and responsibilities. Essential: The City of Amsterdam imposes a €15.000,00 fine if you live in a home in violation of their rules. These government rules will besend in forward. You have to read and accept these rules before you get an invitation.
