You have own room inside a 3 rooms apartment with 3 bathrooms + 3 toilets + 1 kitchen.

The second room is occupied by the current co-tenant.
The third room is occupied by 1 couple.

Floorplan from the 3 rooms-apartment from which you use the 10,3 m2 room as your own bedroom.
•	Living room: 3,45 x 5,20 = 17,4 m²
•	Bedroom 1: with shower, toilet, sink, and kitchenette sink = 13,3 m²
•	Bedroom 2: with kitchenette sink = 10,3 m²
•	Kitchen: 7,2 m²
•	Bathroom 2: with bath, toilet, sink = 2 m²
•	Bathroom 3: with bath, toilet, sink = 4 m²

All rooms can be locked.

The primary tenant + co-tenant rent out 1 room to one couple and constitute the first household.
The couple sublet from the primary-tenant and are the second household – living in.

You can move in from 31 July 2025 at 10.00 am.

You can legally register.

You payment to the property owner is € 880,00 minus € 170,00 = € 710,00 because you pay directly to the energy-company gas – electricity - network

Inside the € 880,00 is calculate the following costs:
•	energy network,
•	energy usage,
•	water usage,
•	Wi-Fi internet,
•	local taxes,
•	tenant maintenance and stairwell cleaning.

Legal Obligations Municipality Amsterdam:
1.	You also coordinate with the main tenant about your share of the housing costs.
The property owner does not determine the rent you pay to the primary tenants.
2.	You will share the kitchen and all appliances with the co-tenant.
3.	You are required to share the bathroom with bathtub and toilet plus 2e bathroom with bath and toilet with the co-tenant + the couple who sublet. The apartment has 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
In the second bedroom is a shower and 3e toilet.
4.	You are required to register in the municipality's population register.
5.	You must sign a lodger agreement with the co-tenant and pay rent, service costs, plus a security deposit to the property owner.

Essential: Amsterdam imposes a fine if you live in a home with more than 2 people and do not comply with the 5 mandatory conditions.
