You are required to register in the population registry and share the kitchen with cooking equipment, the second bathroom with a bathtub, and the second toilet with laundry appliances with the main tenant.

The apartment includes:

You will sign a lodger agreement with the primary tenant and pay:

•	Rent and service costs: €920,00 per month (paid to the Primary tenant)

You will only be invited for an interview with the main tenant if you include 10 answers to the following questions with your application:

1.	Are you older than 24?
2.	Nationality?
3.	Non-EU? If so, include start and end date of your residence permit.
4.	First date of arrival in the Netherlands?
5.	Start date of current employment contract + indicate if it’s permanent or end date if temporary?
6.	Do you work more than 36 hours per week?
7.	Is your employer located in the Amsterdam region?
8.	Are you willing to commit to a minimum stay of 24 months? (Short stay not allowed.)
9.	Do you accept that smoking, vaping, and pets are not allowed?
10.	Do you accept the obligation to share the kitchen, second bathroom, and second toilet, and to clean them once a week?

If your answers show you meet the criteria, you will receive further information that you are required to read.

You must reply within 4 hours confirming that you understand and will respect the legal rules applicable in Amsterdam.

If it is unclear that you understand the information about the Amsterdam Housing Ordinance, you will not be invited.

The Municipality of Amsterdam requires that a home may only be occupied by one household. More people are considered subtenants or family members.

The Housing Ordinance defines a household as:

A single person, or two persons with or without children, who have or intend to have a sustainable shared household, with mutual care and a division of responsibilities that goes beyond just cohabiting, with the intention to live together for an indefinite period.

Married couples, registered partners, and family members (siblings, parents, uncles, nephews) are presumed to be one household.
