About the place

Available for 2 partners as of May 1st, 2025, for an indefinite period.

You will pay approximately €1.560,00 for all your housing costs, including energy, water, internet, taxes (waste and water board), rent for appliances – furniture – and furnishings.

Perfect location, no traffic noise.

You will have one living-sleeping space of 24 m² with a shower + toilet + sink and a kitchenette to do your private dishes.

Conditions:
You will share with one young couple:
•	the kitchen-dining-room with all appliances
•	the second bathroom with bathtub/shower + 2 sinks + second toilet
•	the rooftop terrace (24 m²)

Strict criteria:
•	Age: 24+ years
•	Employment: 24+ months in the Amsterdam region, 36+ hours per week
•	Net salary: 2 x € 2.300,00
•	Never smoke, vape, or use drugs
•	No pets
•	Mandatory registration in the municipal population register
•	Clean kitchen appliances and dishes immediately after use
•	Clean bathroom and your own room once per week

The couple will show the apartment. They will verify your identity, employment contract, your last 3 months of salary slips, and your current place of residence. They will ask the owner for permission to enter into a host rental agreement with you, which includes a trial period.

You will rent directly from the owner and pay the monthly rent and additional costs to the owner’s authorized representative.

You will receive an information package in advance of the interview explaining the legal rules all residents must follow in order to legally live in Amsterdam with 2, 3, or 4 people in an apartment, as well as the fines you may face if you violate those legal rules.
