Available: 2 rooms for lodger rental (hospita-verhuur) for 1 person each, starting 01 May 2025, for an indefinite period.

In two apartments in complex on Holendrechtstraat – postal code 1078 TT Amsterdam – the two main tenants are offering one room of 11 m² each.

You will be the third resident (living in).

Conditions: You will share the kitchen, shower, and toilet with both main tenants.

You pay the main tenants a fee of €870,00 plus a deposit of €1.000,00.

The €870,00 includes use of appliances, furniture, furnishings, and advance payments for gas, electricity, network, wifi internet, water board tax, household waste tax, cleaner, and maintenance service.

In one apartment live Spanish-speaking tenants. 
These Spanish main tenants’ preference: you speak good Spanish.

Strict criteria:

•	Age: +24 
•	Employment: at least 24 months in the Amsterdam region, working +36 hours per week
•	Net monthly salary: +€2.700,00 
•	Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use
•	No pets
•	Mandatory registration in the municipal population register
•	Clean kitchen appliances and dishes immediately after use
•	Clean bathroom and own room once per week.

The main tenants will invite selected candidates for an interview. During the interview, they will show the apartment and verify your identity, employment contract, the last 3 months of salary slips, and your current residence. 
They will request the landlord’s permission to enter into a lodger rental agreement with you, with a probation period of up to 9 months.

Prior to the interview, you will receive an information package explaining the legal rules that all residents must comply with in order to legally live in an apartment in Amsterdam with 2, 3, or 4 people – and what fines may apply if you violate these rules.
