This is one apartment with 2 studio rooms where a maximum of 4 adults can live under specific conditions.

This apartment has 2 studio rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 dining kitchen with all appliances and a 2nd counter where you can do your own dishes, 24 m2 roof terrace.

This apartment is rented by 2 partners +30 years. They speak Spanish.

They offer 1 of the 2 studio rooms with shower, toilet, sink for a 2nd household, resident.

The Amsterdam Housing Ordinance 2025 accepts that 2 partners may live here on the condition that either both are married or are registered partners or family such as 2 brothers, 2 sisters, brother and sister, parent with child

Cohabitation with or without a cohabitation contract is NOT accepted by the Municipality. Then the owner must pay a €50.000,00 fine to the municipality!!!

You pay the main tenant your share in the rent and in the additional costs.

Your share total = € 1.485,00.

This includes the 4 % rent increase 2025.

The next rent increase is on May 1, 2026.

It is preferred that you speak Spanish.

You run your own household. 

You share the kitchen-dining room with appliances, the central heating boiler, the home entrance, the washing machine and the roof terrace with the main tenant.

The main tenant and his partner use the 2nd studio room with 2nd bathroom and 2nd toilet.

The room doors are soundproof and fireproof. That is why both studio rooms have an intercom-bell-porch door opener.

Criteria:

- age +25
- +36 working hours per week
- net salary 1 person household = € 3.300,00
- net salary 2 person household = € 4,500.00
- rental period from 12 months. NO short rental.
- no pets, smoking, vaping allowed.

Selected candidates will be invited by the tenants for an interview and viewing on Saturday, 20 April 2025. Choice of next tenant on Sunday. Print and sign agreement 22 April 2025.
