There are two rooms available in same apartment ( € 745,00 + € 837,00 )

Affordable because for this room your living costs are lower than €750,00 INCLUDING water, internet, furniture/equipment costs, plus the fixed costs for the energy network (€85,00) plus your local taxes (€80,00) plus prepaid electricity (60 kWh) and gas (50 m³).

Thid room €655,00 + €95,00 = €745,00 is only available for ONE person who can prove a stable income for the next 24 months with a NET salary higher than €2.200,00 and over 24 years old.

NEVER allowed: a second person, pets, or smoking of any kind inside or near the building.

This rental is for an indefinite period with a minimum rental period of 12 months, without a diplomatic clause.
You cannot stop payments or move out before 01 February 2026.
Temporary rental is never allowed in this apartment complex.

Please note: these are shared apartments where a maximum of 4 adults are allowed to register, AS long as you continue to respect municipal rules.

These apartments have the highest insulation value A++ with 2 window frames of standard double glazing plus H++ glass. A total of 4-layer glazing.
This ensures that you can keep the rooms at +19°C with minimal heating.
This apartment consumes less than 500 m³ of gas per year for warm showers, cooking, and heating from November to March.

No bike storage included.

You share the main bathroom + toilet with 1 person. When it's occupied, you can use one of the 2 extra toilets or 2 extra showers.

You cook in the shared kitchen. You may NOT cook in the room! If cooking equipment is in use, you can cook at the same time in the second kitchen by appointment, provided you clean up after use.

You share the registration address and the central main kitchen with washing machine – dryer – cooking equipment with 3 other tenants.

In order to comply with the legal obligation, there is 1 extra set of keys in the house with which all co-tenants can open all rooms.

Refundable deposit €1.,000,00. The next rent increase will be on 01 July 2025.

A larger room of 15m² ( €837,00 ) will also be available in the same apartment. So you can also move in with a friend. See the 2nd ad.
