About the place

This is a group accommodation with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen-diingroom and 1 extra kitchen in the livingroom.

Nicola left and Emily and Jesus are looking for a new co-tenant per start direct.

You share the bathroom ( bath, toilet, bassin ) and the kitchen-dining-room with Emily.
Jesus use the 2e bathroom and cook in the 2e  kitchen.
The other equipment and balcony are shared by 3 co-tenants.

You get a room furnished with a loft bed. Underneath a sofa-bed and further table, chairs, 2 wardrobes, laminate flooring, blinds, refrigerator.

The photos are up-to-date made November 2018.

We ask that you pay € 700,00 in our housing costs. This includes the advances energy, water, municipal taxes, ziggo internet + TV, cleaning staircase.

We have the condition that your NET salary is at least € 1.400,00 and that you have this salary for at least another 12 months.

So you cann’t share the rental shorter than 12 months. This rule is strickt for groupsapartments.

We have legal permission to live with 4 adults but we do not want to live and pay for our group accommodation with more than 3 adults.

You can come and see us on Tuesday at 19 pm and after we will discuss who we propose to the landlord as our new co-occupant.

If you want to be a candidate you have to give your email address plus statement that your salary will be at least NET € 1.400,00 for the next 12 months.
