About the place

This is a group accommodation with 5 rooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 kitchen and 4 extra kitchenettes in the rooms.

1 person leaves and the smallest room on the 3rd floor is offered. You share the bathroom and the washing machine and the heather and the roof terrace with a 22 year old woman.
She has a full-time job.

You get your own electronic cooker, combi-oven-microwave, fridge with freezer.

You pay € 560,00 as a share in all housing expenses. Including water, wireless internet, ziggo cable TV, municipal taxes and advance-payment electricity, gas. plus € 20,00 reservation cleaningcosts common spaces. Total € 580,00

The preference is for a young woman with a full-time job.
You must for the next 12 months earn at least € 1.200,00 net.

Living shorter than 12 months is not possible. No short stay. You pay as least during 12 month part of the entire housingcost. 
Registration is mandatory.

If you follow a master's degree program and are dependent on a sponsor, you have to pay in advance for the first 3 months. You have a notice period of 2 months and so you no longer pay the last 2 months after your cancellation.

The deposit is standard € 750.00.
