About the place

Before you respond, read the entire text first.

This is a Duo-House 84 m2 Gross Cross Surface, fully furnished and upholstered plus all laundry, dry, cooking, cleaning equipment and 160 m2 garden on the south.

You will live in this duo-house (3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 garden) with young professionals. A maximum of 4 professionals can register here and live together.

2 professionals rent this house from 1 July and are looking for a 3rd person or a couple for the 32 m2 studio room. 

The 3rd person (or the couple) gets 32 m2 studio room with private shower and toilet + all common facilities.

You share the kitchen, the facilities, the bills and the municipal taxes and the garden with the 2 professionals (fellow tenants). 
Together they pay € 1.200,00 net rent plus € 50,00 for the furniture.

The 3rd person (or the couple) pays € 1.000,00 net rent plus € 100,00 for the furniture.

On top of the net rent and the rental price furniture you pay € 200,00 of the advance bills € 450,00

Specification: energy € 170.00 + 5 units water € 20.50 + Ziggo internet / cable TV € 60.00 + administration costs € 15.00 + 3 service contracts € 6.50 + reservation cleaning € 78.00 + local taxes € 50,00.

Total housing costs for a couple are € 1.230,00 to € 1.300,00.
If the tenants clean everything themselves every week and do not order the internet, the housing costs will be € 140,00 less (to be shared out).

Assumptions:
- Short stay = rent less than 12 months is not allowed.
- Air-bnb and B & B is not allowed.
- A couple has a net salary of at least € 2.300,00 in the coming 12 months.
- Mandatory registration in the Register Municipaly.

You will receive an interview with the 2 professionals + the owner.

Respond including your basic information to receive an invitation:

· Whether you are single or a couple.
· For each person age, nationality, current profession, date of commencement of employment, date of termination of the current employment, guaranteed net salary for the next 12 months
· The date of the first arrival in the Netherlands (for every non Dutch citizen)

If you do not send the above information you will not be invited for an interview and viewing. Then you do not meet the basic criteria.
