This is a legalized apartment complex where up to 4 adults can share the address and living expenses. 
You get a living-bedroom (32 m2) with shower, toilet suitable for a couple plus 2 rooms for 1 single who share the 2nd shower, 2nd toilet.
The house has 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 160 m2 garden with sun all day.

There are 3 rooms and 4 people can divide the housing costs € 2.750,00 based on the size of the rooms.

For € 1.100,00 ( exclusive the expenses ) a couple have own shower, own toilet, own sink and direct entrance to the garden.
The 2 co-tenants pay the balance of the housing costs.

Advice: be flexible, part 1 rental contract with fellow residents and reduce your housing costs by sharing the expenses.

If you want to live here but have no acquaintances to rent together, you can register for free and make appointments with other candidates during a visit.

There are 3 rooms and 4 people can, for example, distribute the costs based on the size of rooms: € 725,00 (18 m2 gross) and € 725,00 (18 m2 gross) and the couple € 1.300,00 (32 m2 with private shower + toilet)

All rooms are furnished with a double bed, but up to 4 adults are allowed to live here and register at this address.

The total rent including inventory (excluding your bills) = € 2.350,00 to be divided. For example, 2 x € 625,00 and € 1.100,00.

INCLUDING curtains, rails, blinds, wall painting, floor coverings and INCLUDING full furnishing and 1 x washing-dry equipment, 3 refrigerators, 3 TV, 3 microwaves, garden furniture.

EXCLUSIVE your consumption costs for heating, electricity, water, internet, indoor cleaning, maintenance and repairs equipment + furniture, your municipal tenant taxes.

Advice: reserve € 400.00 for those costs. To be divided between the 4 residents.

The current lease ends on June 30, 2018. On that day, the current tenants must provide the entire apartment, the garden, the furniture and the equipment in the cleaned state, ready for a new residential group.

In this complex up to 4 people can share a house together if they have 1 joint lease agreement (Housing Regulation-act + ruling High court of the Netherlands)

The construction-act allows habitation up to and including 4 people without a license.

You rent and occupy and pay with a maximum of 4 adults (who are not family) with 1 joint rental contract. If tenants are related to each other, you can live here with 5 people.

You make mutual agreements about the distribution of housing costs and use.

Tenants must have a minimum of € 1.400,00 net salary per person. A couple together € 2.400,00.

No contract costs, no commissions, no cash payments. However, a deposit.

The deposit will be refunded after the rental has been fully cleaned, repairs in the original state, equipment tested and after all tenants have been logged out with the basic administration.
