About the place

Hi, I’m currently a 3rd year Bachelor student at the UvA and I will be starting my Masters in September. I have a well furnished room in a shared apartment in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost. The apartment has a large shared area and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen appliances. I’m looking for someone to sign a long term contract (1 year) (registration is possible). The apartment comes furnished and the living room is big. 
- The monthly rental would approximately be 1350 euros.
- Deposit is 1 month's rent.
- Start date is 1st August 2025
- Location: Zuid-Oost
- 25 mins to VU or UvA
- Grocery stores & gyms are nearby
