I'm leaving my room at the beginning of August and I'm looking for a new tenant. Please carefully read the details below.

	•	Rent: 730 €/month
	•	Deposit: 1500 €
	•	Move-in date is 5 August.
	•	Walking distance to Amsterdamse Poort shopping center, parks, and public transport (train, metro, night buses). Schiphol Airport is 15 minutes by direct train. The room has access to a balcony and is furnished.
	•	Registration at the town hall allowed.

📝 Requirements:
	•	Male, aged 25-36.
	•	Working professional (no 0-hour contracts, internships, or students).
	•	Single occupancy only (no pets, no smoking, no loud instruments).
	•	Vegan lifestyle is a plus.
	•	Length of stay of 1 year or more.
	
🛋️ Shared Apartment:
	•	5 flatmates (3 women, 2 men).
	•	Shared bathroom, kitchen, and second separate toilet.
	•	Clean, quiet, and mature professionals only.
