Hey!

In my newly built apartment, I’m looking for a housemate starting October 1st. I'm looking for a social and friendly flatmate (preferably aged 22–29, young professional or Master's student).

About the room & the apartment:

Your room: Approx. 10–12 m², freshly finished with plenty of natural light. There's space for a TV and wardrobes (see photo).
 Shared spaces: Open-plan kitchen with built-in appliances (induction stove, dishwasher, combi-oven), a modern bathroom, separate toilet, and a living room. The living room is currently work in progress, but it will be fully finished and furnished by October 1st! :)
 Extras: Balcony, underfloor heating, energy label A+ (always warm and low energy bills), and an extra storage room.
 Location: Located in a quiet, up-and-coming neighborhood in the Bijlmer area (just west of Bijlmer ArenA). Public transport (metro/train) is right around the corner—you can reach the heart of Amsterdam or South/Zuid in just 15–20 minutes.
Rent: aprox €825 incl utilities 
Deposit €1000

About me:

You'll be sharing the apartment with me, Keanu (26, owner, working and Master's student). I love hanging out with friends outside, so I'm not home all the time, but I really enjoy cooking together in the evenings, having a glass of wine, or watching a movie together.

Who I’m looking for:

A friendly Master's student or young professional (22–29). Whether you've just moved to Amsterdam for a PhD/job or have been here for a while: I’m looking for someone who enjoys occasionally cooking together, having a drink, or catching up after work. Of course, everyone has their own social life and downtime as well. A basic sense for keeping the shared space nice and tidy is appreciated, but a great vibe and atmosphere come first!

(By the way, I'm still finalizing the interior decor, so if you enjoy thinking along with styling the place, you're more than welcome to join in!)
