About the place

READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. Renting our spare room in our 4 bedroom luxury penthouse with 150m2 living space and 80m2 rooftop terrace.
The room is bright and fully furnished. We can take out or add furniture if you want. 

We are looking for a quiet FEMALE (no exceptions, no couples) who is comfortable living with a family of four (two children under age of 10). We welcome applications from FEMALE professionals or students (including PHD). 

Registration is possible. 
Two months deposit is required. 

There is a big storage space where you can put your things, such as bike. There is a gym and swimming pool membership INCLUDED in the rent. Yes, really.

We have a large living room, large rooftop terrace with great views, cinema room which is sound isolated, two toilets, one bathroom and of course elevator. Shops are within 5min walk.
