About the place

The room is located in the suburb of Niuew Sloten and less than 5 minute walk to the number 2 tramline, as well as shops such as Albert Heijn and Dirk. Registration at the property is possible. You will be sharing the house with one French girl in her early 30's intially as the Dutch male owner of the house (also in his early 30's) is currently travelling in South East Asia for the foreseeable future. The fully furnished room currently advertised here is the one usually used by the owner, so when he returns from travel you may have the ability to transfer into a slightly smaller room that is still furnished with a desk and mattress (to be discussed upon return of the owner). The intial contract period is three months with possibility of extension. Must be available to move in by Feb 1st.
