Light, stylish studio in a charming canal house located south/west with a lot of sun. The studio is painted in glossy white with wooden beams,  charming doors, windows and the grey floor creates a good look.

The studio is  decorated with natural, design and ecolicious objects as we want to create a better world for you.


The  studio has a private entrance door to jump in the space. From here you walk to a shared rvs kitchen with dishwasher, gasoven and fridge. 

The bathroom, next to the kitchen which you can enter via you own space, is creative decorated with tiles that gives the feeling of an olympic bath. Showering you want to start swimming. Nice details like the sink with a black cupboard, a rvs tile, a black mirror and a rvs planchet creates a nice atmosphere. 

The studio offers a nice view on the nine streets area with all kind of nice shops. In front of the house you see the famous arcade on the Raadhuisstraat with hipster stores. The lush green canal is in front of your house and the canals with boats creates nice views every day of the year. The Jordaan is next to the house with a lot of nice restaurant and crazy shops. The Royal Palace is on the corner.

The liveable city is your view you can enjoy every moment of the day with lots of nice people to watch.

The studio is on the second floor located in a charming canal house with nice details from the 17th century. The marble entrance provides you with a luxury feeling. The classic stair house provides the entrance to the studio. 

In the front the staircase leads you to the bordes and the antique front door. Two benches in front of the house creates the possibility to drink a wine in the evenings and watching people going by. 

This is a spot that can make you really happy. Its a Solo Solo house where more solos live with which we drink a wine now and then. Not to much...we love our freedom to :)

The rental period is flexible. Im Joy and i want you to have joyjoyjoy in this space. Together we create this.
