A room (20m2) is available for one person in Amsterdam Slotermeer, near station Amsterdam Sloterdijk, from July 15th 2025 on.

Some details:
-Located in peaceful and green Slotermeer, near shops and restaurants, an open air market, parks and in between 2 stations for public transport
-20m2, 1 shared bathroom, 1 separate shared toilet, 1 shared fully equipped kitchen, and a shared garden
-The fully furnished room is located on the 1st floor
rent is 1.100 euro a month with possibility of registration, deposit is 1.100 euro 
-Wifi, gas, electricity and water included
-house shared with me (and sometimes my fiancé)
-Viewing is Saturday July 12th

The tenant I'm looking for (if you don't meet the requirements, please don't react) is:
-a responsible and considerate person
-clean, tidy, calm, independent and quiet
-aged 28 years or older
-working office hours, preferably in the office
-non smoking
-no pets
