About the place

The room is available from 01-01-2026.
I am looking for someone for TEMPORARY RENT, a maximum of 3 to 4 months.
Extension is only possible if everything goes well and only after mutual agreement.
If you are clean, respectful, and take good care of the place, extending may be an option.
But: if you push boundaries, are careless, or things don’t work out, the rental ends immediately and you will need to look for another place. This will also be discussed during the viewing.

The apartment is shared with 2 other people, so we are 3 in total.

The photos online are old. The room has been renovated, everything is new, and it looks much better than what you currently see in the pictures. I cannot update the photos yet, so it will be a nice surprise for the right person.

The room is located in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost, close to Bijlmer Arena station. Metro lines 50 and 54 are a 2-minute walk away. By car you can easily reach the A10/A9 towards Almere, Utrecht, or Rotterdam.
Shops, supermarkets, Action, and the Amsterdamse Poort shopping center are all nearby.

I’m looking for someone independent, clean, quiet, and respectful.
No couples, no people over 33 years old — we live here with young professionals and would like to keep it that way.
