About the place

Small but cosy room in a spacious, bright and lovely 78m² apartment.

The apartment has a large balcony with views of Durgerdam and the water.

The room also has space for a double bed, and behind the photo there is room for a wardrobe and/or desk.

You will be sharing the apartment with me, Sanne, a psychologist working in Learning & Development, and Finn, an Australian Shepherd.

Price includes utilities (gas, water, electricity) and a bi-weekly cleaner, excluding water and municipal taxes.

The room is available from July 10th for an indefinite period. Unfortunately, registration is not possible, but I am happy to think along with you about options if needed.
