Hey! I’m looking for a nice and easygoing housemate for my beautiful apartment in Amsterdam Noord (right near the A'DAM Tower!). The room is available starting October 17th, and it comes with an indefinite contract (onbepaalde tijd).

About the apartment (88 m²):

The room: 12.5 m² and nicely bright.

Bonus feature: A massive 70 m² terrace!

Shared space: The kitchen and living room are very spacious, making it ideal for working from home.

Comfort: It's a newly built complex, so it's modern, well-insulated, and fully equipped.

Registration: Registration is possible.

Rent: €1,050 to €1,100 per month (including gas, water, and electricity).

Availability: Starting October 17th, indefinite duration.

About me:
I am 31 years old, work as a freelancer/entrepreneur, and am often out and about. I love catching up over a chat now and then, but I’m looking for someone who—like me—has their own busy life and values a tidy, clean home.
