I’m looking for a new housemate to share my apartment with! 🏠 The apartment is 71.7 square meters and was rented out for the first time just last year. It’s located right by Westerpark, just a 6-minute bike ride from Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, in the modern Blend complex. I absolutely love living here, and I hope you will too! 🙌

Your room is 8.5 square meters and currently serves as a work/guest room. While it’s not the largest, the apartment has spacious shared areas, including a cozy living room with an open kitchen, plus a storage room that you’re welcome to use. The sofa in the room can stay or be removed if you prefer. The rent, including mandatory service and floor fees, is 919,5 eur/month, with utilities costing approximately 134 eur/month. A one-month deposit is required.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, Kat 😊. I’m 30 years old, originally from Poland, and have been living in the Netherlands for 4 years. I work full-time, mostly from the office. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, staying active, chilling with Netflix, or traveling.
I’m looking for someone who is:
