Two rooms to let: study and bedroom. For a period of 9 months. €850 per month.

I prefer a flatmate that
- Has a working rhythm and a social life; somebody who regularly spends time away from home
- Is social and respects privacy. Having a dinner together from time to time could be nice. And I really appreciate my me-time as well
- Has a sustainable lifestyle, which is reflected in managing the household
- Communicates openly and directly
- Is neat and pro-active in managing the household

The apartment is next to a shopping centre and intercity station Bijlmer Arena. It's 20 minutes from Amsterdam centre by metro (30 by bike). 15 minutes in the other direction to Utrecht centre, by train. Close to a park.
