I’m looking for a friendly and responsible person to share my apartment with. 
You must be minimum 30 years old ;)
I’m 35 calm, organized, and focused on my work. I work full-time, so I’d prefer a roommate who also works or has a similar schedule. 
NO STUDENTS, sorry!
 I’m sociable and enjoy chatting over a meal or coffee, but I also appreciate a peaceful and tidy home.
Everyone is welcome (regardless of gender or nationality) — I’m just looking for someone independent, clean, and respectful of the house rules, who values a calm and comfortable living space.
🏡 Location: Gasperdam near park (quiet, green area) 
💰 Rent: €975 per month - all expenses included. with registration 
📅 Move-in date: December 1st (earlier move-in is possible if needed).
🛏️ Room: Fully furnished.
