With public transport, a bicycle, and the free ferry, the center of Amsterdam is easily and quickly accessible.
There is plenty of green space in the surrounding area.
A bike storage box is available.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, such as: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances, and cookware.

The house is shared with a divorced father, who has his children every other weekend, from Friday at 8:00 PM until Sunday afternoon. On Saturdays, they usually go out for outdoor activities and visit family (grandparents).
