I'm searching for a chill and trustworthy flatmate to share my super comfortable, just renovated, penthouse in Amsterdam center. Might this be you?

IMPORTANT:
-Period: March 1st 2025 till end of July 2025 (5 months).
-Period is possibly extended for another similar period.  
-Deposit is 2 months rent, and rent is 1300,- per month.
-Termination period: minimally 1 month.

ROOM:
-Tranquil double-bed room, big skylight (roof window), furnished with bed and closet. Upholstered with sunshades. Room is 10 m2.

SHARED AREA:
-Apartment is 65m2 in total, of which 45m2 is shared, including a living room (35m2), shower (5m2) and hallway (5m2).

RENT & DEPOSIT:
-Rent is 1300,- incl. gas, water & internet.
-Extra costs: Afvalstoffenheffing, Rioolbelasting & Cleaner.
-Deposit is 2 months worth of rent. Will be returned after key return and check-up.

TERMS:
-Tenants allowed: max 1.
-Pets: only with permission. 
-Rules: no smoking inside and parties in consultation.
