About the place

Hello, we are looking for a fourth flatmate to join our flat. 
The rent is 776,5€ per months, plus about 70 euros of utilities and taxes.
Ideally, you are in your late 20ies, early 30ies, working, a non-smoker and LGBTQI+ friendly. 
About us: we are three people from Spain and France (two boys and one girl) working in pharma, events management and architecture. 
About the flat: It is located right next to the Gouden Leeuw metro station and various shops (e.g. AH, Indian, Surinamese). It has a large equipped kitchen/ living room facing south-east, two balconies (one for all and one for you + 1 flatmate), storage space.
