About the place

Hi,

We have a nice room of 14m² available immediately in the Bijlmer. We (Jamila, 33, and Dorisa, 31) are both working professionals and are looking for a female housemate (between 28–35 years old) who is responsible, tidy, and enjoys good conversations & good vibes.

The apartment is located in a green area, close to a supermarket, gym, and other facilities. Metro/bus stop Ganzenhoef is within walking distance and Bijlmer Arena is about a 10-minute bike ride away. We share a spacious, cozy living room with a dining area and a balcony. The apartment also has a washing machine and a storage space for bikes.

The rent is €625,- per month and the deposit equals one month’s rent. Registration is possible. The viewing will take place on Saturday, September 13th from 12:00 PM.

ℹ️ Room is rented unfurnished → previous tenant offers furniture for €230 (optional, not mandatory)
