Looking for a bright, fully furnished room in a spacious and social apartment? Two rooms will become available in two separate international student apartments — located at Gouden Leeuw in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Each apartment has one available room. Rooms are available from July 1st, 2025 (or sooner) and are offered on a temporary rental basis until September 30th, 2026.

Size: approx. 13 m² per room

Fully furnished: double bed, desk, wardrobe, TV

Rent: €798 per month, all-inclusive (furniture, electricity, internet, etc.)

Deposit: 2 months’ rent

Registration with the municipality is possible and required

No pets allowed

Temporary rental period: from July 1st, 2025 to September 30th, 2026 (fixed end date)

🧑‍🎓 Who Can Apply?
Only full-time students may apply — both Dutch and international students are welcome.
Applicants must:

Be enrolled at a university or higher education institution in Amsterdam

Not be officially registered in the Amsterdam housing market region (which includes municipalities like Amstelveen, Diemen, Zaanstad, etc.)

Provide proof of residence outside this region at the start of the tenancy
