Spacious quiet unfurnished room (room four on the map) with balcony. The balcony is shared with 1 other resident. At the spacious living room/kitchen you have a second balcony. A spacious bathroom with shower and sink. A spacious bicycle shed. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet with hanging closet. 
You share the house with three other ladies, who partly study and partly work. The languages ​​​​now are Dutch, English and South American. 
Access to the complex with badges. The apartment is large; a total of 110 m2. The metro station (Ganzenhoef) is a five-minute walk away. And the shopping center De Amsterdamse Poort is an 8-minute bike ride away.

On the 'basement level' there is also a private bicycle shed for the apartment.

Recruitment policy
1. Public recruitment of a tenant takes place via a medium to be chosen by the landlord; in this case Kamernet;
2. Housing seekers may only respond via the relevant medium;
3. Responses to public offers are processed in order of receipt;
4. When selecting the housing seeker who best suits the offered accommodation, only objective selection criteria are used, such as age (if this is justified by the target group the landlord is focusing on or another reason why an age criterion is justified), the level of income in relation to the amount of the rent (income at least 3x the monthly rent, with or without a guarantee from immediate family) and similar criteria;
5. If a housing seeker responds to the publicly offered accommodation, the prospective tenant must provide the following information:
- Contact details of the housing seeker(s);
- Proof of identity of the housing seeker(s);
- Proof of the stated level of income of the home seeker(s) by means of: employment contract, current position or an employer's statement, bank statements with the last three salary deposits and the last three pay slips;
- Amount of the current rent and/or a landlord's statement (if applicable);
- (data for the purpose of) housing permit (if applicable);
- Landlord's statement (statement of previous landlord regarding the behavior of the home seeker);
