About the place

The room is located in an apartment in the Gouden Leeuw complex in Amsterdam-South East.
The room, suitable for one person, has a size of 11 m2 and is upholstered and furnished. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with three inmates.
The sliding doors in the living room provide plenty of light.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and bath.
There is a room with washing machine and space to dry laundry.
The apartment has a spacious balcony.
As an extra service, wifi is available throughout the apartment.
There is an elevator.
The other three residents are:
a woman from Peru of 20 years old studing at the UvA.
A man from Croatia of 22 years old. Also studing at the UvA.
A man from the Netherlands. 29 years old and working full time.

There is a small car park. The complex has its own parking garage. Permit holders can par here and visitors can park on the upper deck for a small fee.
Facilities such as Ganzenhoef shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops are within walking distance.
By public transport you can reach Amsterdam Central Station within 20 minutes. Ganzenhoef metro station is around the corner.
Within 5 minutes you can drive on the highway to Schiphol or Almere.
The rental price is € 750,- per month excluding an advance payment of € 100,- for gas, water and electricity per month and an additional advance payment of € 15,- per month for government taxes.
Total costs: 865,- each month.
The deposit is € 850,-
Registering is mandatory.
The room is for rent from April 1st 2025 till september 30th 2025.
