About the place

A room is available in a party-house themed vibrant apartment in De Pijp, right at Gerard Douplein near Albert Cuyp Market and a 2-minute walk from De Pijp metro. The room is 2.5 x 4.5 meters, unfurnished, and opens to a large balcony. It’s currently used for sports and indoor cycling but is ready for you to make it your own.

The apartment has a spacious, plant-filled living room with colorful lights and a great view of the lively square, a fully equipped kitchen (incl espresso machine, air fryer), a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing machine, dryer and a fully equipped music production studio with bunch of synthesizers and mixing consoles. 
We have 1 Gbit internet (with mesh WiFi), full of smart lights, security cameras, multi-room speakers, Playstation 5 and a TV. 

I’ve lived in this apartment since 2021 and in Amsterdam since 2016. I’m social, into music, sports, and a bunch of hobbies. The apartment has great energy, and I like to keep it that way. Every now and then, I’ll host a proper party (about every three months). I’m looking for someone chill, with good vibes and positivity, ideally into art, music, or creative living, who’s used to shared apartments and can appreciate both social energy and downtime.
