Room in a nice house next to Noorderpark

Small FAQ:
- Preference for: People with pets.
- NO: Couples, short term or ppl not yet in Amsterdam (must come and see the house first).

After more than two years with my current flatmate she is moving abroad and a room is becoming available from the 1st of April. Area of Noorderpark, right next to Mosveld, street with all types of shops and a couple supermarkets, also 1 minute walking to the metro and 5 minutes biking to the main ferry.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and a double wardrobe. The apartment is also fully furnished with everything you might need, but you can redecorate it as you wish, as I basically don't care much about that. The room itself is small, but the house is quite big and I barely use the living room.

The price would be 800€ Monthly everything included except for the yearly trash and water tax, and the yearly energy balance. Deposit 1000€.

You would be sharing the house just with me. A 37 years old web developer from Spain living in Amsterdam. I would prefer people between the ages of 25-40, with pets (dogs or cats), so I can enjoy their company but don't need to care of them 🙂 (although I don't mind doing it once in a while), although if you don't have pets and you are amazing that's also fine of course :) 

Registration is of course possible.

I'm chill at home, clean, organized, and don't necessarily need/want to become best buddies with my flatmate, although a drink together once in a while would be nice 🙂
