We’re looking for a tidy and responsible tenant to join our 96m² apartment, located just a 10-minute walk from Bijlmer Arena. The available room is the largest in the apartment and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk.
About the Apartment & Roommates:
- Shared with two Master’s students at VU (Male, 24 & 25 years old)
- One from Malaysia, the other from Greece
- Equipped with a washer and TV for shared use
- Freezer stocked with a lot of ice cream
- Located on the 7th floor with a beautiful view
- Situated in a quiet residential building with families and couples

- Responsive landlord for any maintenance needs
Costs:
- Rent: 950 euros + approx. €130 per month for utilities
- Deposit: €1,800
