About the place

Please note: you must be minimum 30 years old. I'm also trying to rent the whole apartment (check my other ad).

Available from November 15, but renting a bit earlier is negotiable.

The room is 11m2. A mattress and accessories are provided. On your request I can arrange a bed and wardrobe.

The living room with the open kitchen is 28 m². Balcony is facing west, so at sunset.

Located in the car-free neighborhood in de Pijp.
At 2 to 10 minutes walking distance from Leidseplein, Marie Heinekenplein, Albert Cuypmarkt, Sarphatiepark, Vondelpark and Rembrandtplein.

The flatmate (male) works in the cultural and non-profit sector and is a sportive non-smoker. The long weekends (from Thursday to Monday) he stays in a vacation house.

Rent €950 all-in.
Deposit one month rent.
