At 2 to 10 minutes walking distance from Leidseplein, Marie Heinekenplein, Albert Cuypmarkt, Sarphatiepark, Vondelpark and Rembrandtplein.

The flatmate (male) works in the cultural and non-profit sector and is a sportive non-smoker.
