Hi there!
I’ve just moved into a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam and I’m looking for a working professional (27+) to become the second tenant. **Registration is required.**

🗓 Availability:
The room is available from August 1st, but I’m flexible if you need to move in earlier.

🏡 About the Apartment:
The apartment is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The two bedrooms are compact, so we’ve turned the third room into a shared walk-in closet/storage space.
- Europaplein metro station just across the street 
- Bus and tram lines 2min walking 
- AH supermarket and Trainmore gym just 2min walking 

💰 Rent & Costs:
Rent: €1450/month (Need to provide proof of income 3x the rent)
Deposit: €2900
Bills & biweekly cleaning service are additional (still being finalized, as I’ve just moved in myself)

👤 About Me:
I’m 32 and recently relocated to Amsterdam to work in a Tech company. Lived the past 10 years in Dublin -Ireland. I’m respectful, clean, and active — I enjoy fitness, cycling, dancing, eating well, and taking care of my mental well-being through things like meditation and stretching. I appreciate routine, but I’m also social and get along with. I value a calm, clean home with good energy — a place that feels lived in but cared for.

🧭 Who I’m Looking For:
I'm hoping to share the apartment with someone who is also looking for a home, not just a place to sleep. Ideally, you're:

- A non-smoker (including vaping)
- Clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces
- Mindful of noise and smells – e.g., no lingering laundry or body odors
- Have common sense and comfortable with open and honest communication — it makes co-living much smoother
- Someone who naturally takes initiative and contributes equally to keeping the space nice — no need for chore charts or reminders
- Someone who values mutual respect, privacy, and a peaceful vibe at home
- Preferably working Monday–Friday, 9–5, with no more than 2 days/week remote work
- Not into hosting parties or playing loud music, especially during quiet hours (10pm-8am). Social gatherings is obviously okay.

I’m looking for someone who brings a similar level of care and intention to living together — someone who notices the little things and helps keep things running smoothly. I’m relaxed and open-minded, and I believe that shared spaces work best when both people genuinely want it to. Let’s keep it simple, respectful, and enjoyable.
